Who we are

Neville & Co have an office based in Plymouth, Devon. We are Licensed Insolvency Practitioners and have over 30 years experience in Business Rescue, Recovery and Liquidation. The business was set up in 1999 by Richard Neville who is a Chartered Accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner specialising in Business Rescue and Recovery.  Richard was previously head of the South West region of KPMG.

Lisa, our lead licensed insolvency practitioner, has been in practice here since 2002. We are based in PlymouthSt. Austell, Truro and Penzance (not a call centre with an anonymous number) and have been in practice here since 2002. We offer a FREE initial meeting with any business owner/director/individual who is facing financial difficulties.

We can meet at our one of our offices or at the business premises concerned or at any alternative such as the businesses accountant’s offices. We are happy to meet with the business owner/director alone or along with other advisors such as the accountant or solicitor to the business.

Neville & Co help the Directors lodge a notice of intention to appoint Administrators with the Court and send notices to any bank or third party with a debenture.  Once the notice period has passed licesed Insolvency Practitioners of Neville & Co are appointed Administrators over the company.
